Water dispenser conveyor line: water purification equipment clean precision transfer system

Water dispenser conveyor line is a special conveyor equipment specially customized for household, commercial water dispensers and water purification integrated machine. With the core design concept of “clean protection, precise positioning and multi-specification adaptation”, it adopts modular flexible architecture, integrates anti-static clean conveyor unit, high-precision positioning module and intelligent beat control system, providing stable and efficient logistics support for the whole process of water dispenser waterway assembly, hot and cold system integration, filter installation, sealing inspection and finished product packaging. SUS304 stainless steel frame is adopted for the main body of the wire, and food grade antistatic conveyor belt (resistance value 10-10 Ω) is matched. The surface is smooth and free of residue, which meets the clean requirements of waterway parts production and avoids dust pollution and electrostatic damage to precision parts such as circuit boards and sensors. The width of the conveyor track can be flexibly adjusted between 500-900mm, the bearing capacity can reach 300kg, and it is suitable for different types of drinking fountains with different volumes (5-20L)(hot and cold type, warm type, and clean water type). It is compatible with mixed production of household desktop, vertical and commercial large-capacity models.

The transmission system is equipped with a variable-frequency speed-regulating motor and supports segmented speed control: the assembly section is 15m/min to ensure flow efficiency, and the inspection section is 6m/min to meet the requirements of precision processes such as waterway tightness testing and outlet water temperature calibration. Key transfer nodes are equipped with jacking positioning tables, which adopt pneumatic drive and laser positioning technology, with a positioning accuracy of ±0.5mm to ensure the assembly accuracy of key processes such as waterway interfaces and filter element installation, and reduce leakage hazards.

The line body is equipped with a rapid replacement module. Through modular adjustment and magnetic locking device, the specification switching of different models can be completed within 15 minutes, supporting flexible conversion of small and multi-batch orders. At the same time, the sealing detection interface and clean air curtain installation position are reserved for the line body. The tooling board has waterproof and anti-corrosion characteristics and is suitable for water testing wet conditions. The entire line is equipped with anti-deviation baffles, anti-collision sensors and emergency brake buttons., strong structural stability and convenient maintenance. The average daily transfer capacity of a single line reaches 400-600 units, providing clean, accurate and efficient professional transportation solutions for large-scale production of water dispensers.
