1. The transmission system is equipped with a high-power gear reduction motor and a frequency conversion speed mechanism, which supports segmented precise speed control: the blank transfer section is 18m/min to ensure flow efficiency, and the glaze processing and assembly inspection section is 6m/min to adapt to the precise process rhythm. Key transfer nodes are equipped with dual-cylinder-driven jacking positioning tables. Combined with laser positioning technology, the positioning accuracy reaches ±0.5mm, ensuring accurate docking of key processes such as water tank installation, flushing component assembly, and tightness testing, and reducing assembly deviations.
4. The wire body is equipped with modular quick-change components, which achieve rapid adjustment through a magnetic locking device. Switching between different model specifications can be completed within 20 minutes, meeting the needs of small batches and multiple batches orders. The entire line is equipped with anti-deviation baffles, infrared anti-collision sensors and emergency brake buttons.
