1. Physical architecture
Drum line: It is transported by stainless steel heavy-duty chain plates. The width of the line body is ≥800mm and the load-bearing capacity is more than 1.5 tons. It can directly carry the heavy-duty cylinder of the washing machine and meet the needs of heavy-duty transfer. Impeller line: Equipped with a light double-speed chain and a glass fiber reinforced plastic tooling plate (size 600×800mm), it is specially suitable for the transportation of light parts below 30kg, making it flexible and efficient. Key components: The conveying roller is made of chromium-nickel alloy steel, surface hardened, and has a service life of more than 10 years; the servo motor drives the jacking rotating table with a positioning accuracy of ±0.3° and supports 360° multi-angle assembly.
2. Operating logic
Speed control: The inner cylinder stamping line runs at high speed, with a speed of 25 meters/minute, quickly completing punching, welding and other processes; the door sealing assembly line is a precision section, with a speed of 8 meters/minute, and is equipped with visual positioning technology, with an error of ≤0.1mm. Production beat: The beat rate of the pulsator line is 30 units/hour, and the manual workstation and the assembly line move synchronously; the beat rate of the drum line is 15 units/hour. Through the cooperation of robots, the beat can be automatically adjusted by ±5%.
3. Intelligent control
Dynamic scheduling: RFID technology is used to bind workpieces, with a reading distance of up to 3 meters. The diversion path can be adjusted in real time. It is compatible with 10 models of mixed production. It can also automatically switch tracks according to the weight of the cylinder (pulsator ≤5kg /drum ≥18kg). Vision applications: The 6-axis robot is matched with a 3D camera, with a screw hole positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm to compensate for assembly tolerances;AI technology detects scratches with a resolution of 0.02mm², meeting industrial quality inspection standards.
4. Production capacity and flexibility
Production capacity performance: The output of the drum line in a single shift (8 hours) is 120-150 units, and the output of drying models is reduced by 20%; it is equipped with magnetic fast change tooling, and the model change time is ≤30 minutes, which is suitable for multiple batch production. Fault response: The infrared sensor monitors the blockage in real time, and the response time is ≤0.5 seconds; it supports the continuation of breakpoint transmission after power failure, and the accuracy reset error is less than 1mm, reducing production capacity loss.
