The core conveying system adopts a combination design of double-speed chain + roller line, and double-speed chain conveying line (Load bearing 150kg /knot, operating speed adjustable 0.5-3m/min) Responsible for the accurate flow of semi-finished products of massage chairs between assembly and testing stations, and supporting the pause and positioning of stations (Cooperate with the assembly workers); the drum line (galvanized drum with a diameter of 50mm, with a spacing of 120mm) is responsible for temporary storage of materials and cross-area transportation. The two are seamlessly connected through the transfer platform, which can be quickly adapted to 3-5 types of massage chairs. Line production (such as 2D/3D/4D movement models, 110V/220V voltage versions adapted to different areas), the quick-change fixture can be replaced in just 15 minutes.
