Our gas stove automated assembly line integrates precision mechanical assembly, gas safety testing, and flexible transportation technology to achieve full-process automation.
I. The assembly line adapts to the production characteristics of gas stoves Safety priority: The entire process integrates gas safety management and control (such as independent isolation of airtightness testing stations and gas leak alarm systems) to avoid the risk of gas leakage during production; Precision adaptation: For the millimeter-level assembly requirements of the core components of the gas stove (valve body, fire cover, ignition needle), high-precision positioning fixtures and torque control equipment are used; Flexible compatibility: Supports mixed-line production of gas stoves of different size (such as 750mm/780mm panel) and different gas sources (natural gas/liquefied gas), and the replacement time is ≤30 minutes.
II. Automatic conveying equipment for assembly line The assembly line is designed according to a "modular layout". The entire process uses a double-speed chain conveyor line to achieve seamless connection of stations. The conveying parameters are optimized according to the characteristics of each link in the production of gas stoves. Dedicated automation equipment is configured in key links to ensure that production efficiency and quality meet both standards. Precision processing of core components: High-precision processing and preliminary inspection are completed for key components such as the "load-bearing panel, gas valve body, and fire cover" of the gas stove. The double-speed chain conveying line undertakes the tasks of parts transfer and inspection and diversion. Pre-installation of core components: The gas valve body and ignition system are the "safety core" of the gas stove. This step requires precise integration and preliminary testing of the two. The double-speed chain transmission line ensures an orderly and efficient pre-installation process.
