I. The oven assembly line is an automated or semi-automated production system used for batch and standardized production of ovens in the home appliance manufacturing industry. By dismantling the entire process of oven production into multiple professional chemical stations, relying on conveying equipment to achieve continuous circulation of parts/semi-finished products, efficient assembly, testing and packaging from parts to finished ovens are finally completed.
II. The conveying system is the core skeleton of the oven assembly line. It undertakes the key function of accurately transferring parts, semi-finished products, and finished products between stations, directly affecting production efficiency, beat stability and space utilization. Due to their respective adaptation characteristics, double-speed chains and plate chain lines often form a complementary conveying combination of "flexible assembly". Double-speed chain transports light parts such as oven control panels and heating tube assemblies (5-15kg), fixes the materials through elastic buckles on the tooling board, and cooperates with manual operations such as line insertion and screw tightening. The plate chain line has strong carrying capacity and is used for transporting heavy parts (such as oven shells and liners) or high temperature links (such as drying after spraying).
III. The oven production line improves production efficiency and quality stability, meets market demand, and promotes the development of the kitchen appliance industry.
