I. The microwave oven assembly line is a highly automated production system specially designed for large-scale manufacturing of microwave ovens. By integrating modules such as transportation, assembly, testing, and packaging, it achieves continuous, efficient and standardized production from parts to finished products.
II. The transportation system layout of the microwave oven assembly line needs to combine the production process and workshop space to form an operating logic of "continuous flow + precise pause". The main linear conveying line has a chain plate or belt conveyor belt as the core, forming a "main road" running through the entire line. It undertakes the continuous conveying of most processes (such as the flow of shells from the welding station to the assembly station), and the speed matches the rhythm of each process. A branch conveyor belt or AGV channel is set up next to the main conveying line for temporary storage of overproduced semi-finished products or substandard products for rework and transportation to avoid congestion on the main line.
III. Connecting different processes. After the previous process is completed, the sensor detects that the material is in place, and the transportation system automatically starts to transport the material to the next process; after the station sensor of the next process detects the material, the transportation system is suspended (locked by a stopper), waiting for assembly, welding or After the inspection is completed, the stopper is released and the material continues to flow;If there is an abnormality in a certain process (such as failure in testing), the transportation system will direct the material to the branch rework area through the diversion mechanism, without affecting the operation of the main line.
IV. The microwave oven production line connects various processes in the microwave oven production process through automated equipment and transmission devices according to a certain process sequence and rhythm to form a continuous production line.
