Yuba conveying line: clean and precise transfer system for kitchen and bathroom heating equipment
The Yuba conveying line is a special conveying equipment specially tailored for household and engineering Yuba. It focuses on the core requirements of “electrical safety protection, multi-functional module adaptation, and clean assembly”. It adopts a modular flexible architecture and integrates anti-static clean conveying units. High-precision positioning module and intelligent beat control components cover the entire process of transfer from heating lamp/air heating module installation, circuit integration, waterproof detection, temperature control debugging to finished product packaging.
The main body of the wire body adopts SUS304 stainless steel frame and is equipped with an anti-static PVC conveyor belt (resistance value 10-10 Ω). The surface is cleaned to prevent dust adhesion and affect the insulation performance of electrical components. It also has fire and flame retardant characteristics, which is in line with kitchen and bathroom electrical production safety standards. The width of the conveying track can be flexibly adjusted between 400-800mm, and the load-bearing capacity reaches 200kg. It is suitable for bath bars with different structures such as flat plate type, embedded type, and multi-functional integrated type, and is compatible with mixed-line production of mainstream installation size models such as 300×300mm and 300×600 mm.
The transmission system is equipped with a variable-frequency speed-regulating motor and supports segmented speed control: the assembly section is 16m/min to ensure flow efficiency, and the inspection section is 7m/min to adapt to precise processes such as waterproof and sealing testing and electrical performance testing. Key transfer nodes are equipped with jacking positioning tables, which adopt pneumatic drive and laser positioning technology, with positioning accuracy of ±0.5mm to ensure accurate docking of heating modules, ventilators, and lighting components, and reduce functional failures caused by installation deviations. The line body is equipped with a quick replacement module. Through modular adjustment and snap-in locking device, different model specifications can be switched within 12 minutes, meeting the needs of small batches and multiple batches orders. At the same time, a waterproof detection interface is reserved for the line body and a docking channel for the electrical test station.
The tooling board has scratch-resistant, wear-resistant, moisture-resistant and corrosion-resistant characteristics, which is suitable for the wet working conditions of kitchen and bathroom electrical production; the entire line is equipped with anti-deviation baffles and anti-collision sensors. Emergency brake buttons, electrical components are waterproof and dustproof design, which is stable in structure and convenient to maintain. The average daily transfer capacity of a single line reaches 500-700 units, providing safety and cleanliness for Yuba’s large-scale production
