Treadmill conveyor line: special equipment for heavy-duty transfer of fitness equipment

The treadmill conveying line is a special conveying equipment built for the production characteristics of the heavy-duty body and multi-component integration of the treadmill. With the core design concept of “heavy-duty bearing, precise transfer, and flexible adaptation”, it adopts a high-strength modular architecture and integrates the heavy-duty transmission unit, high-precision positioning system and intelligent beat control module provide stable and efficient logistics support for the entire process from treadmill frame welding, motor assembly, running belt installation, performance testing to finished product packaging.

The core structure of the line body adopts a thick SUS304 stainless steel frame and is matched with a multi-layered polyester canvas heavy-duty conveyor belt (with a non-slip and wear-resistant rubber layer on the surface). The rated load load reaches 1.5 tons, and the peak load can reach 2 tons. It is fully suitable for the transfer of heavy body of household lightweight models and commercial professional treadmills. The width of the conveying track can be adjusted steplessly between 900-1300mm, and the width of the running belt is adapted to the specification of 45-60cm. Through the combination of adjustable limit baffles and anti-slip tooling plates, different folding/non-folding models can be effectively fixed to avoid shifting and shaking during transfer.

The transmission system is equipped with a high-power gear reduction motor and a servo speed regulating mechanism, supporting segmented speed control: the assembly section is 12m/min to ensure flow efficiency, and the inspection section is 5m/min to meet the requirements of high-precision processes such as running belt tension debugging and performance testing. Speed adjustment accuracy can reach ±0.1m/min. Key transfer nodes are equipped with jacking positioning tables, which adopt dual cylinder drive and laser positioning technology, with positioning accuracy of ±0.3mm to ensure the coaxiality and fit of core components such as motors and running belts during assembly.

The line body is equipped with a quick replacement module. Through the pneumatic locking device and modular adjustment components, the specification switching of different models can be completed within 20 minutes, supporting flexible conversion of multiple batches and small batch orders. At the same time, the welding smoke purification interface and the performance testing station docking channel are reserved for the line body. The tooling board has anti-static and high-temperature resistance characteristics, which is adapted to the high-temperature welding conditions of the rack and the assembly and protection requirements of electrical components; the entire line is equipped with anti-collision sensors and emergency. Brake button, heavy-duty sections are strengthened and reinforced, with strong structural stability and a maintenance period of up to 180 days. The average daily transfer capacity of a single line reaches 200-300 units, providing a professional transportation solution with high load bearing, high precision and high adaptability for large-scale production of treadmills.
