Water heater transmission line: precision transfer system for kitchen and bathroom thermal equipment
The water heater transmission line is specially customized for water storage, instant heating, and gas water heaters. It focuses on the core of “safety protection, heavy load and pressure, and multi-specification adaptation”. It is based on a modular flexible architecture and integrates anti-corrosion transmission units and high-precision positioning modules and segmented transmission systems, covering the entire process of liner welding, hydropower component assembly, pressure testing, safety testing to finished product packaging.
The main body of the line body adopts SUS304 stainless steel frame and is equipped with a wear-resistant and anti-slip conveyor belt. The bearing capacity reaches 800kg. It is suitable for water heaters with different volumes of 30-100L. The track width can be flexibly adjusted between 700-1100mm, making it compatible with mixed production of household and commercial models. The tooling board is anti-corrosion treated to adapt to the high temperature working conditions of liner welding and the humid environment of water pressure testing. It is also equipped with an anti-static protective layer to avoid damage to circuit components.
The key transfer link is equipped with a jacking positioning table (positioning accuracy ±0.5mm) and a servo speed regulating mechanism to achieve segmented beat control of 15m/min in the assembly section and 6m/min in the inspection section, accurately matching different process rhythm such as liner welding and pressure detection. Equipped with a quick replacement module, through pneumatic locking and modular adjustment, different models can be switched within 15 minutes, supporting flexible conversion of water storage/instant heating/gas water heaters.
The line body reserves a water pressure test interface and a docking channel for the safety testing station, and is equipped with anti-collision and anti-deviation protection devices to ensure the stable transfer of heavy-duty workpieces; the average daily transfer capacity of a single line reaches 300-500 units, and the structure is firm and convenient to maintain., providing safe, accurate and efficient logistics transportation support for large-scale production of water heaters.
