TV transmission line: core system for intelligent transfer of precision display equipment
The TV transmission line is specially customized for the large-scale production of 32-98-inch OLED/LCD TVs. It focuses on precision protection and multi-working condition adaptation. It is a key logistics equipment for smart TV manufacturing.
The main body is made of SUS304 stainless steel double-speed chain ≥2mm thick (electropolished Ra≤0.8μm, rust-proof for more than 10 years), the track width is 800-1200mm, and the load bearing is 1.2 tons suitable for mixed production; the aluminum alloy tooling plate is equipped with 30μm anodic oxide film and antistatic coating (10-10 Ω), a chromium-molybdenum alloy steel roller (HRC≥58) has a static load of 5 tons, and a pneumatic tensioner stabilizes the chain tension of 150-200N.
Key mechanisms include a servo-driven jack-up rotating table (positioning ±0.3°), a ±0.1mm precision right-angle carrier, a magnetic suspension sorter switching track in 0.1 seconds, and accurate identification and diversion within 3 meters of RFID. Segmented speed regulation is suitable for each process (5-25m/min), infrared detection + segmented emergency stop to prevent blocking, reset error is less than 1 mm.
The large screen ≥75 inches is equipped with double chain synchronization (deviation ±0.5mm)+ vacuum adsorption (-60kPa), and the dust-free section uses IP54 sealed guide rail + ion air curtain (±5V). Maglev technology reduces consumption by 35%, is maintenance-free for 180 days, and runs continuously for 20,000 hours (equivalent to 10 years), taking into account efficient mass production and low operation and maintenance costs.
